This position has a key role in after-sales service. The Customer Service Clerk must accomplish all tasks that are needed to ensure a professional and quality after-sales service is offered. This position requires good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and an excellent organization of work so as to contribute to our customers’ satisfaction.



  • Listen and respond to customer requests (at the counter, by telephone, by e-mail, by in-house software)
  • Offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Know about suppliers’ warranties and conditions applying to the return of merchandise
  • Follow-up with customers after a request
  • Show curiosity and interest while searching for solutions
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team
  • Contribute to a positive work environment based on team work


  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Computer knowledge (Outlook)
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in plumbing will be considered an asset
  • Team spirit and good attitude
  • Versatility and resourcefulness
  • Able to organize your time well
  • Detail oriented and reliable
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Punctual and fast-working


In addition, we will offer you:
