Mission: Support one of our best sales consultants in his daily tasks to optimize his goals.

Main duties:

Administrative/daily tasks support:

  • Input of orders
  • Follow-up on supplier and customer orders
  • Prepare technical/photographic records
  • Obtain payments
  • Order samples and pamphlets offered by suppliers and keep them updated

 

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customers’ requests as needed
  • Receive and manage customer complaints and problematic situations first.

 

Requirements: 

  • Focus on customer service

  • Good listener and oral communicator
  • Meticulous, organized in daily tasks
  • Team player and approachable
  • Able to manage priorities and adapt easily
  • Perfectly bilingual, written and spoken
