Batimat, a leader in the field of premium plumbing sales since 1977, is currently recruiting for a support position for one of our best sales consultants! You will work closely with him to reach goals as a team!
Mission: Support one of our best sales consultants in his daily tasks to optimize his goals.
Main duties:
Administrative/daily tasks support:
- Input of orders
- Follow-up on supplier and customer orders
- Prepare technical/photographic records
- Obtain payments
- Order samples and pamphlets offered by suppliers and keep them updated
Customer Service:
- Respond to customers’ requests as needed
- Receive and manage customer complaints and problematic situations first.
Requirements:
- Focus on customer service
- Results oriented mentality
- Good listener and oral communicator
- Meticulous, organized in daily tasks
- Team player and approachable
- Able to manage priorities and adapt easily
- Perfectly bilingual, written and spoken
