Opportunity
Emco offers a leadership program like no other, designed to focus on big picture thinking that will help you become a strong business leader. At every stage of the program, we cultivate your leadership skills and prepare you with a solid foundation so that you can successfully manage a Profit Centre.

Development
The best way to learn is to be hands-on in the business and this will help you to understand the many products, procedures, services, and people that make our company great! Along the way, you will relocate at least twice, which will expose you to a variety of management styles, teammates, markets, and customers that will help you develop into a world-class leader. Through these relocations, you will also gain invaluable opportunities to grow your network of contacts and resources.

Mentorship
You’ll be partnered with an experienced Profit Centre Manager at each location you work in who will provide advice and guidance during your learning phases. In addition, your Regional Manager will also provide mentorship, ensuring you have a detailed overview of the business and industry.

Leadership
Once you have completed the program, you will be ready to take on the challenge of being a Profit Centre Manager. You will lead your own team, provide a strategic vision, mentor others, and run the business like it was your own. Your path of personal development and growth will be never-ending at Emco.
